Your options
Options for your project
I recommend replacing the full 79 feet. The focused option replaces the 51-foot run now and keeps the sound 28-foot section in place.
Recent work
Finished projects
A couple of recent redwood jobs so you can see how the finish actually comes out.
From my field estimate
The marked fence runs
This is the sketch I marked up when I measured the two sections at your property.

Warranty
What's covered
Two-year workmanship warranty on the installation, plus any applicable manufacturer warranties on the materials.
Loose posts, leaning sections, installation-related rail or board failures, and gate hardware we install.
Normal weathering, natural wood movement, impact, irrigation damage, or later owner modifications.
Send me photos and a short description. Most workmanship issues can be handled in one visit.
This is a summary of the warranty. The full terms will be included in the agreement if you move forward.
Optional additions
Upgrades to consider
Here are three upgrades people often ask about. Select any you want included and the estimate below will update. I'll confirm the details with you before we finalize the agreement.
Clear protective seal
Helps preserve the natural redwood color and adds weather protection. Applied after the wood has had appropriate time to dry. Includes materials and labor for the selected fence length. Price shown is for the selected 79 linear ft option.
Upgraded gate package
Heavy-duty hinges, premium latch, and reinforced gate framing. Recommended for frequently used access points. Final gate location and swing direction are confirmed before installation.
Board-on-board privacy upgrade
Overlapping boards create a finished appearance on both sides and reduce sight lines. A good-neighbor style upgrade using additional redwood boards for more consistent privacy as the wood naturally moves over time. Price shown is for the selected 79 linear ft option.
